Hi friends and family,

If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, then you already know—last month, I officially launched my small business, Fog & Fireflies! After nearly 14 years in nursing, I recently lost my job, which was a difficult and emotional transition. But it also opened the door to something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time: creating beautiful, natural products with my own hands, while also spending more time at home with my daughter, Ellie.

With a deep love for natural wellness and simple living, I began making 100% natural cold-process soaps using traditional methods. Each bar is handmade in small batches, with a focus on gentle, nourishing ingredients. I also offer whipped tallow face cream, made with 100% grass-fed beef tallow sourced from ranchers right here in Northern Colorado.

Everything I create is:

• Scented only with therapeutic-grade essential oils

• Made with high-quality butters and oils, organic whenever possible

• Colored naturally with clays, charcoal, and botanicals—never synthetic dyes or micas
